Several of us walked around Brazos Bend State Park on Saturday, January 29th. Much to our delight we heard Cajun chorus frogs singing wildly from a prairie pothole.

These little frogs usually call on the cusp on winter-spring, so it was a sign of warmer weather to come. Want to heard what the Cajun chorus frog sounds like? Click here to here my recording.
